1. Overview

This website, feremone.co, is operated by Feremone ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products and how to use them

  • Rouge Ember 540 Pheromone Body Butter is a cosmetic for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin.
  • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredient list on the packaging and patch-test a small area first. Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and talk to a doctor if it continues.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature; natural oils may separate, so stir before use if needed.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Individual results vary. How long the scent lasts depends on your skin, the climate and your activity. Our products contain pheromones, but body chemistry differs from person to person and we don't guarantee any particular reaction from other people.
  • We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct pricing errors at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. You agree to give accurate and complete purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: every order has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded if reported within 30 days.

7. Discounts, free gifts and promotions

Discount codes, free gifts (such as store credit codes) and promotions apply only as stated, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a discount.

8. Reviews and other content you send us

If you post a review or send us comments, photos or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights. You give us permission to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

All content on this site, including the FEREMONE and Rouge Ember 540 names, logos, text, photos, videos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
