We want you to love Rouge Ember 540. If you don't, you get your money back. Here is exactly how it works.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, including the scent, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the price you paid for the jars, even if you've opened and used them.

  • There's no need to send opened jars back. We may ask for a photo of the jar(s).
  • The guarantee covers one claim per customer.
  • Unopened jars can also be refunded within 14 days of delivery; we'll tell you whether to send them back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to get a refund

  1. Email info@feremone.co with your order number and the jar(s) the request is for.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day.
  3. Once your request is approved, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to show it.

What's refunded

The guarantee refunds the price you paid for the jars. Shipping charges aren't refunded unless the problem was our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item).

Multi-jar packs: if your request covers only some of the jars from a 2-jar or 3-jar pack, each jar is refunded at its share of the pack price ($22 per jar from a 2-jar pack, $20 per jar from a 3-jar pack).

Free gifts that came with a pack (such as store credit) are cancelled when the whole pack is refunded.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. To get something different, request a refund and place a new order. Damaged or wrong items are replaced as described above.

Order cancellations

Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the terms above apply.
